Inheritance of resistance to imidacloprid and chlorpyrifos in greenhouse whitefly, Trialeurodes vaporariorum

چکیده
وراثت مقاومت سفیدبالک گلخانه، Trialeurodes vaporariorum Westwood (Hemiptera: Aleyrodidae)، به دو ترکیب ایمیداکلوپرید و کلرپایریفوس مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. در این پژوهش، از جمعیت فیلستان ورامین (FL) عنوان والد مقاوم فردیس کرج (FR) حساس استفاده شد. مقدار ترتیب حدودا 62/13 91/14 برابر بود. عدم وجود اختلاف معنیدار LC50 روی تلاقیهای F1 (R♂×S♀) Fʹ1 (R♀×S♂) نشان داد که T. نوع اتوزومی (غیرجنسی) است. همچنین، میزان فاکتور غالبیت بیانگر بود گلخانه شکل مغلوب ناقص ارث میرسد. طرف دیگر، با منحنی غلظت-پاسخ انتظار نسل F2 نسلهای حاصل تلاقی، مشخص شد تعداد ژنهای دخیل بیش یک ژن میباشد. دادههای زیستسنجی سفید بالک نسبت است صورت غالب نیز چند ژنی توجه نتایج بدست آمده میتوان صحیح، موقع، تناوبی مخلوط حشرهکشها، مانع گسترش سریع جمعیتهای
